Return & Refund Policy

At Mind & Make, we carefully package each Job Kit so it arrives ready for your child to explore, create, and learn. Because our products contain multiple physical components, we only offer refunds when the contents of a kit are damaged to the point that they are unusable.

Damaged or Unusable Items

If an item in your Job Kit arrives damaged and is unusable, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@mindandmakeclub.com and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the damaged item(s)

• Clear photographs showing the damage and demonstrating that the item is unusable

We may request additional information or photographs in order to evaluate the request. A refund will only be issued when the damage makes the affected item unusable. Minor cosmetic imperfections, normal wear, packaging damage that does not affect the usability of the product, or items that remain functional are not eligible for a refund.

Approved Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund for the eligible damaged item or kit. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns, except where required by applicable law.

Refund Abuse

Mind & Make reserves the right to limit or refuse refunds, replacements, or future orders when there is evidence of excessive, repetitive, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive use of this refund policy.

Shipping Locations

Mind & Make currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout when available.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of Mind & Make’s control may occur.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Mind & Make is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Mind & Make is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing or stolen after delivery.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. You may also contact us at hello@mindandmakeclub.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
